- 1 whole chicken in pieces (or legs and thighs)
- 1 bottle gluten free BBQ sauce (I love Annie’s.)
- 1-12oz. bottle of Coke (or natural soda)
Combine all three ingredients in your crock pot. Cook on low 10 hours or high 6 hours.
UPDATE: Lately I’ve ditched the soda all together and just pour organic BBQ sauce over the legs and thighs. Couldn’t be simpler! Now you’ve got more time to get out there and be productive, friend!
